This is where it all comes together. Designed to serve the entire community, Towne Lake’s Clubhouses are fully equipped for any and all activities. Our 5000 sq. ft. Community Center is nestled right on the water, is surrounded by stunning lakeside views and staffed with full time HOA (Homeowners Association) staff. Built with residents in mind, this clubhouse includes a fully-functional kitchen, fitness center, and neighborhood pool as well as rooms for meetings, classes, activities or parties. And of course, plenty of space for just lounging around with those you love.
The Heritage Lodge is available for our Heritage residents. Those 55 and better enjoy features such as a heated pool and spa, fitness center, billiards room, craft room and a spacious ballroom with stage. We have an activities director on board to make sure the fun never ends!
Construction is soon to begin on The Lakehouse, an over 23,000 square foot Clubhouse in the Boardwalk area. Features will include: a resort style and lap pools, state of the art fitness rooms and equipment, green spaces, tennis courts, and splash parks. This Lakehouse will be another gathering place for families and friends to meet and enjoy special events for years to come!
