The Boardwalk at Towne Lake will open in 2016 and feature 150,000 square feet of shops, offices, restaurants, and green space. Several docks will be set up for resident boats and future plans include water taxis as well as a boutique hotel with lakeside pool and bar.
We asked y’all who you’d like to see come to your community and the conversation has been fun to watch. Some debates were over local favorites and some were over national staples.
We are excited to reveal that 65% of The Boardwalk at Towne Lake is preleased. Some of these tenants include:
A soft opening is expected for The Boardwalk at Towne Lake in February and a grand opening in March. The Boardwalk at Towne Lake will be a walkable retail and dining attraction for Towne Lake residents and the Cy-Fair community.
