Cypress is a rapidly growing city and healthcare providers are trying to keep up with its growing demand. The Memorial Hermann Hospital has a 32-acre site under development, the largest project underway in Cypress.
Memorial Hermann’s development will include an 80-bed acute care hospital, a 45,000 sq ft. convenient care center, and 125,000 sq ft. of medical office space. Hospital satellite centers and independent emergency centers will address the needs of Cypress’ growing community. Health care providers are trying to bring services closer to where people live.
The convenient care center will include a sports medicine and rehabilitation center, physical therapy treatment, and an MD Anderson Breast Screening Center. This care center is meant to cater to emergency and nonemergency situations.
The Boardwalk at Towne Lake is one of these developments helping bring healthcare to Cypress residents. One of the tenants of the Boardwalk at Towne Lake is a 10,000 sq ft. Texas Children’s pediatrics office, making it one of the Boardwalk’s largest tenants.
The Cypress population is expected to continue its upward trend. North Cypress Medical Center has made an effort to meet the needs of master-planned communities by opening a location within Towne Lake on Barker Cypress road, among other locations.
Towne Lake is becoming a city in and of itself, especially with the growing demands of the Cypress population. We are looking to meet the needs of our residents with Towne Lake’s extensive list of amenities and with the tenants moving into the Boardwalk at Towne Lake.
Convenient health care services are on their way to Cypress residents.
