There is not a lack of excitement surrounding the opening of The Boardwalk at Towne Lake and we have more for you to get excited about. We’ve already let you in on the fact that approximately 65% of the Boardwalk is pre-leased. Now we’ll let you in on the finer details of one of our tenants. You’ve been told a high-end Italian concept is coming to the Boardwalk at Towne Lake, but do you know what that means?
Jason Howard, the man behind the idea, is a fellow Cypress resident who served as a maître d’ at Tony's for the last eight years. Howard says Jaxton’s will break away from the “chain” restaurants that have “overrun” Cypress and will focus on high-quality food and service. Jaxton’s, named after Howard’s son, is going to be a blend of Italian cuisine and French cuisine. Look for wood-fired pizzas and crepes on the menu.
Jaxton’s will be a place you can be treated like royalty, regardless if you are a big oil exec or coming in for an anniversary once a year. Jaxton’s focus is on over-the-top, attention to detail. Jason Howard said he hopes to use Jaxton’s as a chance to “[spoil] the people of Cypress like they haven’t been before.”
Jaxton’s is an exciting addition to the Boardwalk and sounds like it will be a treat for anyone who decides to dine there. This high-end Italian concept will open along with the Boardwalk in the spring of 2016. Get your palettes ready for dishes served with healthy flavor profiles that make use of herbs and spices over butter and salt.
