North Cypress Medical Center is expected to open a new 24-hour emergency center in early 2015. This new site is conveniently located in Towne Lake, giving residents peace of mind that medical help is nearby if needed.
By opening a new clinic, the hospital will be able to serve Northwest Houston’s rapidly growing population more effectively. “It is an emergency room, but it really addresses a number of different needs a community might have,” said Dr. Mounang Desai, medical director of North Cypress Medical Center emergency services. The 10,000 square foot facility will include several treatment rooms, imaging services and a full-service lab. It will also have an additional 20,000 square feet for medical offices.
