In their continued commitment to create a true sense of community, Caldwell Companies has added Partners in Building to their repertoire of premier builders for their newest section of Towne Lake, Sunset Harbor. Currently preselling homes, Sunset Harbor features a park, a boat marina, 90 foot home sites and homes built by Partners in Building and David Weekley.

David Weekley is also constructing a model home in Sunset Harbor that is slated to open in October. The Ashgrove is a brand new 4,957 square foot floor plan that has never been used in another community. David Weekley and Partners in Building homes start in the $600s and $700s respectively.
