This winter season has been one of the coldest in recent memory. Who knew the polar vortex was a real thing before this year?
If your family spent the past two months buried under blankets, what better way to break out than having some fun in the water? Splash! is hosting swim lessons at the Cy-Ranch pool starting March 3rd for ages four through eighteen, and there’s plenty of fun to go around. Whether you’re kids are learning to swim or developing their stroke, it’s a great way to get out and have some fun!
Lessons are based on the American Red Cross “Learn to Swim” curriculum and their programs are supervised by certified instructors. Group classes range from beginners to advanced swimmers and their rates are affordable: a one-week session is $68, but children of Cy-Fair employees can attend for $50, which is great. There’s also a one-time registration fee of $15. If you’re looking for private lessons, those are $125 per student per session, and each session lasts about 35 minutes.
