A community truly connected by water, Towne Lake strives to accommodate your unique “Lake Living” lifestyle. We creatively designed the community to have day docks and private docks, ramps and access points for residents to launch and dock their boats and watercraft, no matter where they live in the neighborhood.
The Marina and Boardwalk will be the newest and largest additions for the very purpose of connecting residents’ homes with their lakeside workplaces, retail and entertainment venues, all without leaving the lake.
Towne Lake does have rules regarding boats and docks and is only accessible by residents of Towne Lake. Be sure to read the latest information here.
