The Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce is putting on their first ever health care expo at the Berry Center later this month.
Memorial Hermann Hospital is underwriting the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber event. Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital and North Cypress Medical Center are also sponsoring the event which will offer free medical screenings and present in-depth discussions on the Affordable Care Act.
Cy-Fair Houston Chamber President Leslie Martone said that discussion on the ACA will be a huge draw for the expo.
”Chambers are made up mostly of small businesses, and the Affordable Care Act will probably affect more small businesses than anything," Martone said.
The expo will be held on July 15 from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm and will feature a luncheon from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm.
