GHBA Honors include “Grand Award – Developer”
Caldwell Communities, the residential development unit of Caldwell Companies, was awarded highest honors in seven categories, more than any other developer, at the Greater Houston Builder’s Association 2014 PRISM awards, which recognizes the industry’s top performers in people, product and promotion.
Of special note, Caldwell Communities won the GHBA’s “Houston’s Best PRISM Grand Award –Developer” along with the PRISM for “Humanitarian of the Year” for its support of numerous events and causes benefiting Cy-Fair ISD, the school district that serves two of its master-planned communities.
