There’s much anticipation here in Towne Lake as we ramp up the Boardwalk project. With retail and office space filling out 4 buildings comes new jobs and more growth. Don’t forget the entertainment as well with a central green area for kids to frolic and families to enjoy.
“It will be a great place for families to gather and have a place to go eat, shop or dine in the neighborhood,” said Miranda Hadamik, vice president of investments for Caldwell Companies. “There will be 20 boat slips, so residents can ride their boat to go to dinner, go shopping or get their nails done.”
One of the bigger picture items is it’s draw for those living outside of Towne Lake. With outdoor activities being planned for weekends at the central green space the Cypress region enjoys another wonderful opportunity to grow.
“We wanted to create a sense of place in Cypress that was lacking in the community,” Hadamik said. “We wanted a central location for people to come and gather.”
The list of amenities continues to grow as Towne Lake builds a community built on quality of life and family.
