You already know the Boardwalk at Towne Lake is 65% preleased. You know one of those tenants is Jaxton’s, a high-end Italian concept. We’re excited to let you know more about Orangetheory Fitness.
Orangetheory Fitness, a Florida-based fitness company, is expanding to Houston with five locations. We are happy to say the Boardwalk at Towne Lake will be one of them.
The fitness company has rights to all of the greater Houston area. Jim Potesta, co-owner of the Houston franchise rights to Orangetheory, expects to add two more facilities by the end of the year.
Orangetheory’s philosophy is about base, push, and all out. The idea of Orangetheory is a 60 minute workout designed to push you into the Orange Zone. Three components make up Orangetheory Fitness: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing, and weight room or resistance training blocks. The “afterburn” effect is what burns calories after your workout and gives you lasting results with Orangetheory Fitness.
With Orangetheory’s location at the Boardwalk at Towne Lake, you no longer have to commute to get your fitness fix. You can drive your boat over to the Boardwalk for a 60 minute workout. Don’t worry about your fitness level either, Orangetheory caters at all fitness levels, whether you are a beginner or a professional trainer.
Orangetheory offers Towne Lake residents a workout designed to produce increased muscle strength, endurance, and power. Orangetheory Fitness is a high-energy studio with a talented group of fitness coaches that gives you lasting results.
The Boardwalk at Towne Lake will not only offer residents great places to eat and shop, but great opportunities for fitness. The reasons to get excited about our 2016 opening are only growing.
