Of special note, Towne Lake won the GHBA’s highly-competitive “Master-Planned Community of the Year” award, along with two additional PRISM awards for “Entrance” and “Best Recreation Center” for the community’s new Lakehouse.
This marks the third consecutive year that a Caldwell Community has been named “Community of the Year” by the GHBA and is the second recognition for Towne Lake, which was first awarded the title in 2012.
