Lone Star College Bond Referendum Benefits Campuses, Students and Community
Tuesday’s election brought favorable results for Lone Star College System. Voters approved a $485 million bond referendum which will allow the schools to renovate and construct new facilities and strengthen their current infrastructure.
The project breakdown of the overall college system includes building, renovating and expanding over 1 million square feet of facilities, adding 3,000 new parking spots, updating technology systems and improving campus access.
